This ice cream hack is so simple. You need to try it!
• 10 frozen Kiwis
• 100 grams CoYo
• 1 Lime
• 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
1. Peel the kiwis and roughly chop into pieces, freeze for around 1-2 hours.
2. Add the CoYo, frozen kiwi pieces, honey (or agave nectar), and squeeze the lime juice into a food processor.
3. Process for a few minutes until creamy.
4. Transfer to a freezable container and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight, mixing every hour or so to stop it solidifying.
