Prepare your healthy mid-morning snacks in advance with this easy recipe
• 1 Punnet of blueberries
• 100 milliliters each of flavoured yoghurts
1. Line two baking sheets with greaseproof paper and put your yoghurts into deep ramekins. Using a cocktail stick dip each blueberry into the yoghurt and then transfer onto the baking sheet.
2. Freeze for 2 hours, then transfer to a ziplock bag and enjoy as a snack.
