Pimp up your packet ramen with the help of some duck!
• 1 portion instant ramen noodles
• Leftover shredded Peking duck
• 1 sliced spring onion
• 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• Chilli oil to taste
1. Boil a small pan of water and cook the instant noodles as per packet instructions with its flavour contents. Drain the liquid.
2. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and fry off with Peking duck, spring onions and teriyaki.
3. Add chilli oil to taste.
